Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Items must show no sign of damage or wear.

• Items made to bespoke measurements cannot be returned or refunded unless damage has occurred to a manufacturing error by us or due to a quality issue with material.

• Items can only be collected and/or redelivered to/from the original delivery address.
